We have been asked a couple times how Paulo became such a reflective and communicative partner. Well, in today’s episode Paulo and Yesenia try to figure this out. The reflective person that he is today is very different from the Paulo that Yesenia married. Paulo shares the belief systems that shaped his attitudes at the beginning of their life together like his stubborn need to be right, to be in control, and maintain the power in their household. Yesenia reflects on how these moments took a toll on her that they are still unpacking and healing together today. Paulo answers the questions: What would you say to your younger self?
