In this episode Paulo and Yesenia talk about Conscious Parenting; a parenting and life philosophy that is at the core of how they approach their own parenting. They talk about their parenting philosophy before Conscious Parenting, when they first heard about it and how they have continued to immerse themselves in the practice, most recently by attending the Evolve Conference in Long Beach, CA. There is no easy definition or way of explaining Conscious Parenting. It is an individual experience and it is with this humility that Paulo and Yesenia are sharing their own understanding and experiences on this Conscious Parenting journey.
